How We Use Online Behavior Information
“Online Behavior Information” is technical and usage information on how you use EconoGeo’s website and Services, and can include certain information or characteristics about your computer system. Access to the Service is FREE for not for profit members though we suggest you partner up with a corporation. One of Mother Earth’s Business goals is to uplift the activities between those running the economy and those helping them in need.
If you are not a respectable not for profit we will delete your account.
Paying subscribers will never be refunded sinse all funds go to not for profit organisations and not for profit activities. And we have the freedom to redistribute all funds as EconoGeo chooses to do so. All funding transactions are final.
For all other members, EconoGeo may charge subscription or other fees, including applicable taxes. As applicable, you agree to pay all Subscription Fees incurred in connection with your User at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
EconoGeo may change the Subscription Fees then in effect, or add new charges, at any time by giving you notice in advance by e-mail or postings on the Site. The fee options available to you will be presented within the Service. In order to continue your access, you will need to select one of the available new fee options. If you do not select one of these options, your access to the Service will be terminated at the end of the term.
EconoGeo will contact you regarding renewal of your subscription. The renewal charge will be the current published rates for the term of your subscription. In the event that you do not renew your subscription prior to the expiration date of your subscription, EconoGeo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service
EconoGeo is not responsible for any charges associated with connecting to the Site or incurred to access the Service, including without limitation all telephone access lines (including long-distance charges, when applicable), telephone, computer and other equipment charges, and fees charged by an Internet access provider or other third-party service for your use of the Service or for working with EconoGeo.
For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide EconoGeo with accurate, complete, and updated information required by the subscription data registration, including your name, address and e-mail address. You are responsible for determining whether your Registration Data is current and accurate, and, if not, to correct or update your Registration Data. Failure to comply with this provision (including without limitation falsification of any Registration Data) may, at EconoGeo’s option, result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Service.
You agree to promptly update your Registration Data in the event of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your subscription, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your User ID. In the event of a breach of security, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your subscription until you update your Registration Data. If your subscription is subject to use without your authorization, follow subscription help instructions to update your Registration Data.
Pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs, all of which you are responsible for funding.
You acknowledge that the products or services you may purchase are sold by merchants, not by EconoGeo. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD ON OR THROUGH EconoGeo.
In the future, We want to make EconoGeo Payments convenient, so we allow you to fund your transactions using cheques. We will offer a number of different sources, such as credit cards and debit cards, Gift Cards, and other payment methods.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically any important information regarding your purchases or your account. We may also provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending them to an email address or street address that you previously provided to us. Website and email notices shall be considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent; notices by postal mail shall be considered received within three (3) business days of the time sent.
When you provide a funding instrument to us, you confirm that are permitted to use that funding instrument. When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the funding instrument you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store that funding instrument, along with other related transaction information.
If you fund a payment and your load transaction results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.
For Gift Cards, balances are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us unless required by law
you acknowledge and agree that we may make any inquiries that we consider necessary, either directly or through third parties, concerning your identity and creditworthiness.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your advertising account, and you understand that you will NOT be charged for any orders placed on or through your advertising account.
It is your responsibility to remit any taxes that apply to your transactions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of your failure to do so.
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the transaction. Investigations could be made.
We may update these Payments Terms at any time without notice as we deem necessary to the full extent permitted by law. The Payments Terms in place at the time you confirm a transaction will govern that transaction.
